Here's another bright card for you today! I love the Woohoo stamp set from Catherine Pooler Designs! It has so many great pieces to it! For this card I used the balloons in the set and repeatedly stamped them on my card. I added contrast with the black balloons and used the balloon tails on just those. A few of the balloons I popped up with dimensional tape and added some glitter with a glitter pen. I die cut the Celebrate die from yellow cardstock and adhered the entire card front on a piece of Midnight cardstock.
