This card turned out with a neon look that surprised me but that I also ended up really liking!

I used the on-sale Punctuated Party Stamp Set to create the fun background in Party Dress, Tiki Torch, Something Borrowed, Lime Rickey & Flirty Fuchsia inks.  I die cut that panel and the black panel with the Postage Stamp Dies.  I also added in some black accents that were stamped with the Woohoo Stamp Set. I also stamped the Sketch Plaid Background with VersaMark ink on the purple cardstock for a little bit of texture.  I added the Hooray Die in black and then used the also on-sale Woohoo Stamp Set for the "for you" part of the sentiment which I popped up with dimensional foam.  I added in some Crater Lake Sequins to finish the card off.
