You are a Joy + Catherine Pooler New Flutters & Blooms Release

It's time for sneak peeks of the latest Catherine Pooler Flutters & Blooms Collection! This collection will go live in the Catherine Pooler store on Wednesday, April 29th at 9 AM EST or if you are a StampNation member you can shop early on Monday, April 27th.

There is a gorgeous new oversized butterfly stamp that is a lot of fun to play with called Wings of Joy.  For this card I went with a traditional monarch colored butterfly for inspiration. 

I die cut the butterfly with the Wings of Joy Die from the white cardstock.  I then positioned over the butterfly that I had stamped with the coordinating Wings of Joy Stamp Set on another layer of white cardstock.  I had blended the butterfly using Life Changing Brushes and a number of orange & yellow inks: Tutti Frutti, Mandarin Spice, Orange Twist, Orange Peel & Sauna.  The top panel is popped up with foam tape.  I embossed the sentiment, also from the Wings of Joy Stamp Set, on black cardstock.  To add detail, I used a white gel pen and added in some white dots and dashes.
