Today at work I was writing the date and I realized that we are 1/3 of the way through October already.  How?  How is that possible?  Today it feels more like November in Kansas with wind and cold and even some mist coming down.  And here we are with only a little over 2 months until Christmas! Many of you are working on Christmas cards already and today I wanted to share one with you that I made using products from the latest Catherine Pooler release.  

Peace & Joy

For this card I stamped several of the trees from the Christmas Tree Farms stamp set.  This is such a versatile stamp set and can be used year round!  For the background I wanted to have a starry night sky so I used the Starry Night Cover Plate die and backed it with yellow cardstock to help the stars peak out.  The sentiments come from the Holiday Mix Stamps and I added a little strip of Patterns & Pine Patterned Paper to the bottom of the sentiment strip.  

I wanted to create a banner between the trees and so I used the Throwing Confetti Cover Plate die to cut out the circles and then stamped the patterns with stamps from the Spot On stamp set.
