Color Burst Sprays
I share in the video how I made this card using homemade color sprays. To create the sprays I used the Catherine Pooler Color Burst Powders! This is such a fun technique, especially if you like to make simple water color backgrounds!
I really like how you can get such a soft look with these bright colors by making them into sprays and also by taking some of the ink off after you've sprayed it.  
Here's a closer look at the finished card.  You can see how some of the spots changed colors when mixed together.  I love that!  The stencil I used is the Bear Grass Stencil from Catherine Pooler. 
For the top of the card I die cut the Garden Gate die in white and attached it.  I wrapped velllum around the top of the card and then attached the Hello letters that were die cut with the Hello Mini Cover Plate die.  To make the letters glittery I used a glitter pen (linked below) over the top.
