Happy Buddies: Retro Winter Catherine Pooler New Release

Today is release day for StampNation members (at Noon EST) for the newest Catherine Pooler release called Retro Winter.  For everyone else, these new items release Wednesday, October 30 at 9 AM EST!  There are some super cute items and FOUR new beautiful inks in this release!

I used a super cute new set on this next card called Happy Buddies!

I wanted to make a Polaroid for this card so I started by used a stitched die from the Postage Stamps die set to cut out the white frame in Premium White Cardstock.  I then cut a square from the inside.  I stamped, colored & then die cut the cute characters from the Happy Buddies stamp set using the coordinating Happy Buddies die set.  I colored the deer with copics.  The hat, bow tie, scarf & ear muffs are stamped with the Build a Snowman stamp set and then die cut with the Build a Snowman die set.  They are fun to use with these characters!  

The cute banner (and birthday sentiment) was also stamped from the Happy Buddies stamp set and then colored with copics.  I lined the back of the Polaroid with patterned paper from the Feeling Chilly Patterned Paper Pack.  The sequins are from the Crater Lake Sequin Mix.
