Hip Hip & Hooray!

I thought it was time for another rainbow card!  I love this big ampersand die from Catherine Pooler Designs!  It is such a great design and of course it needed to be in a rainbow!  I die cut a white panel with the Postage Stamp dies, then die cut the large ampersand from the And dies set (it's 50% off in the store right now, better hurry!) and then layered strips of colored cardstock behind it.  The background is stamped in Versamark with the new Wild Thing Background stamp.

The sentiments are from the Woohoo stamp set which is one of my personal favorites and it is embossed with the fun new Bang Embossing powder from the Confetti Embossing Trio.  I loved that these sentiments were thick enough to use this powder on!  I lined each sentiment with a little Midnight cardstock to help it pop just a little more.
