I LOVE this background stamp from Catherine Pooler called Rondi's Window! It's gorgeous!! And believe it or not this card came together fairly quickly! I used a water brush pen with Catherine Pooler inks and painted the color onto the card. I first embossed the image in white (I used my MISTI to make sure I got ink on each section). I colored the image using Flirty Fuchsia, Party Dress, Tiara, All the Jazz, Lime Rickey & Orange Twist inks.
I used the fun Awesome & Wonderful stamp set to create the sentiment pieces. I die cut the colored panel using the Postage Stamp dies to get the stitched border & the yellow background was die cut with the Tags, Etc die set to get that scalloped border.
