Cupcake Inspirations Challenge #388

For this card I kept it simple!  I used PTI's Good Times Stamp Set for the confetti.  The beautiful wish die is from Lil' Inker Designs and is from a set called Brush Script Christmas Word Dies but they can be used for so much more than Christmas!  The tiny "make a" is from a stamp set called Unscramble This.
