I thought it would be fun to pull out my Ombre Stripes Paper Pad for this card since it represents so many of the blue & red hues so perfectly! I used the Lil' Inker Designs On the Diagonal die to cut the strip across the middle that I stamped the sentiment from Balloon Builders on.
I die cut the cute little elephant with the Party Pachyderm dies, and then stamped the coordinating image from the Party Pachyderm stamp set. I adhered it with dimensionals. I die cut several sizes of the Seasonal Stars die set from glitter paper and then also adhered them with dimensionals. I added some sequins from Pretty Pink Posh for a little more sparkle & shine. I think that it looks a little like fireworks shooting off to celebrate a birthday!
