You've probably already heard that this release includes EIGHT gorgeous new ink colors! But, if not, here they are:

This card uses a similar technique I used on yesterday's post with split hearts.
After finishing the card
I posted yesterday I had 1/2 of each heart left that I had stamped with the
new Hip Hearts Stamps in Drive-In, Serenade, Chiffon, Do-Si-Do, Cummerbund, Catching Rays, In the Park & Pucker Up ink. I mixed the colors up again
and used the same technique to attach 1/2 of the heart to another heart that I
die cut with the Hip Hearts Dies. I then attached the other
side of the heart to the die cut with foam tape.
I die cut two of the
tags from the new Hearts-n-Tags Die Set with one of the Serenade colored papers in the Happy Hearts Slimline Patterned PaperPack. I then attached those two tags together where the circles
meet. I die cut a piece of patterned paper from the Little Black Dress Slimline Patterned Paper Pack with the Post This Slimline Die and then attached the tags to the paper.
I then arranged the hearts I had assembled earlier into a flower shape. I just love how this turned out! I attached a sequin from the Loveladies Sequin Mix to the flower center with a glue dot. I then attached a bow using the Tuxedo Turquoise Twine to the place where the tags meet. The Happy Birthday sentiment is from the Birthday Cake Remix Stamp Set.
Even though it sounds complicated it is basically stamping hearts, cutting them in half and then attaching them to another heart base so it's really rather easy and goes quickly!
