It's time to start sharing sneak peeks from the next Catherine Pooler Release Nordic Wood which will be available to purchase on Wednesday, October 28th at 9 AM EST. If you are a StampNation member, you get early access and can shop Tuesday, October 27th at Noon EST.
Since today is Sunday and I spent the morning at church, I decided it was a good day to share this wintry scene with the church (it might be a town hall too but today it is a church, lol!).
I LOVE this new Alpine Village Stamp Set! I have always been fond of stamps of buildings...I know kind of weird but it is fun building scenes! I stamped the church in Mint to Be Ink and then diecut it with the coordinating Alpine Village dies. For the background I die cut a piece of white cardstock using the Petal Connection Cover Plate Die that I absolutely love! You can see the pink background peeking through.
I wanted to have the church in a snow drift and I used dies from the Melon Edge Die Set to create the hills. I then die cut the new White Birch Cover Plate Die in light gray cardstock and used Black Jack Ink with a water brush to make more marks on the birch trees. I popped that die cut up with dimensional tape. To finish it off I stamped the sentiment from Thoughtful Phrases Stamp Set in It's a Girl Ink. I also added some sequins from the Crater Lake Sequin Mix.
As I mentioned above the Nordic Wood Release will be available to purchase on Wednesday, October 28th at 9 AM EST.
