Jesus Loves You

Hello everyone! I am back to share another card I made using the stamp set I designed called Scriptures from Frantic Stamper!  I had planned to share a lot of the cards I've made using this set but I started back to work in the office after 5 months at home and it was a busy time and crafting took a little bit of a back burner.  But I am now back to part time hours and plan to start sharing more regularly again!

I always attribute a rainbow to the promise God made with man to never again flood the entire earth. It is a symbol of hope and love and faithfulness.  For this card I wanted to use that symbol along with the cross that also provides hope for an eternal life with Christ through our faith in the work his Son Jesus Christ did on the cross by dying for our sins.  If you are interested in learning more about this, please click here for a video or click here for text.  

Back to the card.  I first stamped the cross that I created by stamping two of the brush strokes that I designed in the Thankful & Highlight Brushstrokes Stamp Set.  I used Somethign Borrowed Ink from Catherine Pooler Designs to stamp the cross.  I then stamped the sentiment using my Scriptures Stamp Set and then used the heart separately in Rockin' Red Ink.   I used the new Stitched Burst Die from Frantic Stamper to frame the stamped images.  I used strips of colored cardstock for the bottom rainbow and then tied some twine around it to finish the card.  I popped that entire panel up with dimensional tape & adhered it to a white card base.

Rainbow Zebra

Hello everyone! Today I have a fun, colorful card to share with you featuring a rainbow zebra!  Wouldn't a rainbow zebra in real life be awesome?

The zebra is stamped with the Born to be Wild Stamp Set and then die cut with the coordinating Born to Be Wild Dies.  I used Copic markers to color him in.  I attached him with foam dimensionals to a a piece of cardstock that I had die cut with one of the Scallop Frame Dies.  Also on that frame I stamped the sentiment from the Be the Good Sentiments Stamps.  The "good" was die cut with the letters from the Good Things Mini Cover Plate Die.  I used various pieces of colored cardstock that I had in my stash, but you could also use inks to get a similar look.  I adhered that entire panel with dimensional tape on top of a piece of patterned cardstock from the Totally Rad Paper Pack.
