The newest Catherine Pooler release will be in the shop for StampNation members TODAY at 12:00 PM EST for extra early ordering and will be available for the rest of the public very soon (at this time it is scheduled to release on Wednesday, March 18th at 9 AM EST)! This is a fun one and I've had a great time playing with it!
This was the very first card I made for this new release. I saw a picture online of a girl with her skates in the air and I loved it! I wanted to find a way to turn that photo into a card and so from that idea this card was born. I used the new Let the Good Times Roll stamp set.
I started by stamping the roller skates from the Let the Good Times Roll stamp set. I then took a ruler and a black pen and made the legs and added stripes to make rainbow socks. Now there is not an ounce of drawing or doodling talent in me but if I can draw straight lines so can you, LOL! I stamped the stars & sentiment from the same set and then used copics to color everything in. I had some white pom poms in my stash and they were the perfect size to use on the back of the skates!
