This scooter stamp from Lil' Inker Designs Scooter Balloons stamp set is so cute and fun! I water colored the scooter and balloons with Catherine Pooler ink (individual ink colors listed below). For the background I used a piece of patterned paper & then put a white die cut from the Perfect Palette Die on top. All of that was layered on top of light gray cardstock.
For the sentiment I die cut the banner from the Thankful Thoughts die set & then stamped the sentiments from the Scooter Balloons stamp set.
This scooter stamp set is such a fun stamp set to have in my stash. It add variety to my stamps and I love that I can interchange the balloons to say multiple things!
