Today I am playing along with Verve's Mojo 300 Celebration! I have to admit, to Amy's horror, that I don't have a very large selection of Verve stamps. I have a couple seasonal and a few sentiment sets and a large wish list! :)
On vacation I got to visit an Archivers and I picked up a new paper pad that I really like! It is called Down by the Shore by Fancy Pants. I used those papers for this card (the sun is from Summer Love by Cosmo Cricket) and went with a nautical theme. The sentiments are ones that I love from Verve's Let It Shine set and Making a Statement. I also stamped one of the sunshine images from the Let it Shine Set around the square sentiment panel.
This challenge was based on a sketch.
There is still time to play along if you'd like!

This is such a great combination of die cuts and patterned papers Jen...I love that Down by the Shore paper...and of course the stitched rectangle, square and sun! Happy 4th of July!
Jen, I love your papers for this sketch! I think the stitched cardbase adds just the right "little" touch to your card. I love how you always incorporate some little bit of twine into your designs....fabulous card Jen!
Yes.....you DO need more Verve!!!! :)
What a fabulous card! Thanks for playing along with Mojo Monday 300!
