Have a Cracking Good Time! + New Release!

Time for another festive sneak peek from the upcoming Cheers to New Year's release from Catherine Pooler Designs.  This release will go live in the store on Wednesday, December 7th at 9 AM ET. New products are linked below but will not go live until release time.

I wanted to go with a more elegant approach to these popping images.  I used Rouge Ink to stamp the crackers from the new Cracking Good Stamp Set and then added black as an accent.  I embossed the gold accents & the sentiment with WOW! Metallic Rich Gold Super Fine Embossing Powder.

The sequins popping out of the crackers are from Vegas, Baby Sequin Mix.  I used Gold Thread with the poppers but didn't tie them since the cracker had already been pulled.  The black & white paper is from the Black Tie Gala Paper Pack (the Stroke of Midnight Paper Pack would also be great with this design!).  I also cut a piece of red colored cardstock using a die from the Decorative Edge Die Set.

The new release goes live in the Catherine Pooler Store on Wednesday, December 7th at 9 AM ET.
