For this card I pulled out an oldie but goodie stamp called Rondi's Window.  It's a gorgeous, detailed background stamp.  I stamped this in VersaMark on top of a blended background using It's a Girl, Be Mine, Mandarin Spice, Polished and Coral Cabana Inks.  I just love the ombre look that those ink colors produced! After I stamped the background of top of the blended cardstock, I heat embossed it with gold, glittery embossing powder from WOW called Pearl Gold Sparkle.  

I die cut the "Hey There" sentiment using the die set Ways to Say Hey using gold cardstock.  I also added some Vegas, Baby! Sequins.
