The new Float Your Boat set from Catherine Pooler designs and available exclusively at Ellen Hutson is so cute!!  To create this card I paired the Float Your Boat stamp & die set with the Making Waves Background Stamp Set and stamped it in Cove Blue Ink.  The clouds were die cut with the April Showers Dies.  The scallop & stitched edges were die cut using the Scallops & Dots Dies.  I stamped and die cut the banner with the Notes of Love Sentiments Stamps in Tranquil ink and the sentiment is from the Float Your Boat Stamp Set.  I colored all of the images with copic markers.
