I have a card to share that is similar to a card I shared the other day but I wanted to show you how to add some embossed snow into your card design.
I started by stamping the trees from the awesome Evergreen Woods Stamp Set twice in In the Park, Mardi Gras and Deck the Halls Ink. I then stamped the snowflakes in VersaMark ink and embossed them with Wow! Bright White Embossing Powder.The sentiment (LOVE the font!) is stamped with the new Winter Blessings Sentiments Stamp Set in Juniper Mist Ink.
I wanted to show you how I created the snow drift on the bottom of this card. I've made a short & simple video for you that shows that process.
Here is a closeup of the snow drift. Wasn't that super easy? I've often used a similar process to add embossing powders in dots or elsewhere on my card that I think need a little sparkle. Just add a little glue, add your embossing powder and heat it.
