I love the Happy Buddies Stamp Set (get it today on sale!)! It has the cutest little animals in it! For today's card I made a winter birthday card.
I stamped the penguin from the Happy Buddies Stamp Set and die cut it with the coordinating dies. I colored the image (although it really doesn't have much that needs to be colored!) with a blender pen and Orange Peel & Pink Champagne (for the cheeks) ink. I added a little bit of Twilight Ink around the inside area for a few shadows. I stamped & die cut the balloon from the same set. Both the penguin & balloon are popped up with dimensional tape on top of a circle die cut with the Circle Dies. I added some glitter to the side of my balloon with a glitter pen for a little shimmer.
