Toucan do it!

How about another rainbow card?  I made the background for this card by first stamping the bottom rainbow colors using one of the background stamps in the Good Vibes Borders stamp set.  I then masked off what I had stamped and stamped the Wild Thing Background with black ink on the top part of the card.  

I colored the Toucan, from the Toucan Do It stamp set, using a Zig Blender pen and Catherine Pooler inks.  The colors I used for the border and for the Toucan are Be Mine, Party Dress, Sauna, Lime Rickey, Grape Crush, Aquatini, Grass Skirt, Orange Twist, Tiara & Over Coffee. I embossed the sentiment from the same stamp set with white powder on Midnight cardstock.  The Toucan and the sentiments are popped up with dimensional tape.  I embellished the card with sequins from the Miami Sequin Mix.
