I love incorporating lots of color into cards. For this next card I used the gorgeous new Sending My Love Word Die and some strips of colored cardstock to make a rainbow sentiment and the focal point of my card.
For the background I die cut into white cardstock using the gorgeous Quilted Stitched All Hearts die. It's so pretty! And for the sentiment I just laid strips of cardstock over an scrap of cardstock covered in adhesive and then diecut the Sending My Love Word Die into it. It's such a simple way to create rainbow images.
I layered the rainbow strips Sending My Love Word Die diecut on top. I also die cut a rainbow heart using the Perfect Palette Hearts die and popped it up with dimensional tape.
Radiating Love
The new Radiating Love Heart die set is fantastic! I really like that there is an option to cut out the heart in the center, layer a heart on top of the center or just leave it how it is. For this card I chose to cut the heart out of the center and layer patterned paper underneath.
After diecutting the Radiating Love Heart die into the pink cardstock, I then used the heart die from the set to cut out the heart in the middle. I put a thin layer of glue around the outside heart and sprinkled glitter on top and let it dry. I layered pattern paper underneath and then popped the entire pink piece of cardstock up with dimensional tape.
I die cut the sentiment with the With Love Word die out of gold cardstock and adhered to the panel.
