Hi everyone! I hope you are enjoying your day! I wanted to share a card I made using products from the latest Catherine Pooler release. I really like the font for this love stamp and wanted to design a card around that image! So I started by stamping the white panel that I had die cut with the larger stitched die in Catherine Pooler's Postage Stamp dies set with the love sentiment stamp from the Love is in the Air stamp set. I stamped the sentiment in Be Mine, Orange Twist, Sauna & Lime Rickey inks. I then used the three hearts from the Bon Voyage stamp set and stamped with Black Jack ink up the side of the card. I die cut a piece of Smoke & Mirrors cardstock again with the Postage Stamp diesand then wrapped twine to coordinate with the stamped colors around the gray die cut postage panel. I attached the entire thing to a light gray cardbase.
Hi!! Today I am sharing a card and matching shaker tag with a birthday theme featuring products from Lil' Inker Designs.
Cheers to Many More Years Card
For this card I used one of the sentiment stamps from Hand Drawn Happiness to create the black & white background. I repeatedly stamped the sentiment on my white card panel. I then used the rectangle from the Shaker Tag Die Set to die cut the rainbow panel (more on that later) and then stamped the same sentiment on that piece and adhered with dimensional tape. I added a few glittery enamel dots around the tag for emphasis. Just a Little Gift for You Tag
When I die cut the rectangle piece for the card above, that was actually the inside piece that was left over after die cutting this shaker tag (I cut it twice). So it was a 2 for 1! I used both dies from the Shaker Tag Die Setto make this tag. I then embossed the sentiment from the Hand Drawn Happiness stamp set on a piece of acetate and then attached it to the back of the tag to create a shaker. Now all I have to do is attach the tag to a gift and not only do I have a nice card but a tag to decorate the package as well!

I felt like all this sparkle called for a celebration card!
For this card I die cut several of Catherine Pooler's Sunburst die. I LOVE this die! I find so many uses for it. Here, it became fireworks! For the sentiment I stamped one of the sentiments from the recent Celebrate Friends Stamp of Approval Collection (if you don't have it, it'll be in the shop soon so keep a look out!). The stamp set is called Woohoo.
For the fireworks, I die cut two of the sunbursts from white cardstock and 2 from colored cardstock that I embossed on top of. I'll start at the bottom left hand side and work up clockwise to share what each color of embossing powder is. The bottom left aqua firework is Clear Hologram Sparkle Embossing Glitterembossed on aqua cardstock. I love how it picks up the color behind it! The two 1/2 fireworks are Persian Indigo Embossing Glitter embossed on raspberry cardstock. The top left green firework is Emerald City Embossing Glitter (I'm from Kansas, I had to have Emerald City, LOL!) and it is embossed on white cardstock. It has such a beautiful coverage doesn't it?! Top right is the gorgeous Turkish Night Embossing Glitter embossed on white cardstock. And then last is the 1/2 firework that was embossed on raspberry cardstock with the Persian Indigo Embossing Glitter.
I have a short 30 second video below that shows how the glitters shine as the light hits them.
Could you see in the video how beautiful those tiny stamped stars from the new Starlights Stamp Set looked embossed in the Clear Hologram Sparkle Embossing Glitter? Oh my goodness this stuff is amazing! I love how the colors change like a rainbow as the light hits them!

Comic Book Inspiration
For this first card I was inspired by the comic book look.
The new Twisted Sunburst Stencil was perfect for creating this look. I took the stencil and sponged Rockin' Red ink over it. I then took the previously released Geo Trio Stencil and while I still had the Sunburst Stencil taped down I sponged Midnight ink on top to create the dots. I started with the smallest dots toward the center and they got a little larger as they went out. When I finished sponging I die cut the panel with the largest stitched rectangle die in the Postage Stamp die set. I stamped the sentiment from the new Starlights stamp set. I die cut two of the largest stars and a few of the small stars in the Starlights die set. I die cut two of the Star Word dies to create a shadow effect on the card. Sending Love
I started by creating the background. I used the Postage Stamp dies to cut the Peacock & Paisleys Patterned Paperpanel & the blue postage layer also. I cut the flowered paper at a diagonal so that I'd have a nice break between the two patterns and it also is a nice place for a sentiment. I stamped the sentiment from the newly released Bon Voyage stamp set. The hot air balloon and the clouds are die cut from the Love is in the Air diesand the basket is stamped with the Love is in the Air stamp set. That big, fun sun is another favorite die and is called the Sunburst die.
