Jen Carter Hey Blue Fox Side wm

I think that the new Hey, Foxy stamps, Hey, Foxy Dies & Hey, Foxy Word Dies are so adorable!  I've had so much fun making all kinds of combinations of STITCHED foxes the past few weeks!  For this first card I wanted to go a little bit more masculine and was inspired by this pin on Pinterest.

To start my card I cut the front out with the COOL new Cover Up Die: Pointelle.  Oh my word!! It is so beautiful!  I loved playing with this die which is unlike anything I've seen on the market!

After stamping the face features & cutting the various fox pieces out and attaching them how I wanted, I added a few mint details to him using gel pens.  Then I attached the fox to the cardfront on top of one of the Stitched Mats: Long & Skinny Rectangles strips.  I die cut the "hey" from the Hey, Foxy Word dies.  I wanted to add a little "foliage" to ground the fox and so I cut some funky leaves from the Frames & Flowers die set.

Jen Carter Hey Blue Fox Inside

I wanted to create a cool background that you'd see though the holes in the front of the card from the die, so I used Stitched Mats: Long & Skinny Rectangles to create a striped background on the inside of the card. I also used one of the Hey, Foxy Word dies inside & stamped one of the sentiments from the Hey, Foxy Stamp set to finish it off.

Jen Carter Pink Hello Foxy Front wm

One last fox card to share with you today because I just couldn't resist.  I wanted to show you how C.U.T.E. this foxy lady could be using patterned paper!   This was the very first fox I die cut (and I have die cut quite a few already let me tell you!) when I got my dies!  I think she looks adorable with a little flashy pattern and a gold sparkly tail!

Did you notice that the tail can go on either the right or left side of the fox?  I love that little detail!  For this fox, I chose to stamp a different set of eyes which makes the fox look so different than in the first card. I also softened the face up by stamping in a brown ink and giving her a pink nose.

Jen Carter Pink Hello Foxy Closeup

I created the blue background by die cutting one of the Stitched Mats: Side Stitched Rectangles out.  I attached the fox to the blue patterned paper and then used one of the Border Builders dies to create the bush/grass for the fox to hide behind.

The "hello" sentiment", from the Hey, Foxy stamp set, was heat embossed in white.  I cut the "Foxy", from the Hey, Foxy Word Die set from gold cardstock.

Isn't this a fun grouping of products?  :)

CUTENESS GALORE - LOVE your little foxes Jen :)
The Pointelle makes a DELIGHTFUL background, especially the holes of the design making little peek holes to the prettiness inside, LOVE your fox & partially inlaid leaves too ... MORE stamps & dies I NEED!!!
Your 2nd card is SO PRETTY too and I think it is COOL that the tail can go left or right, allowing for ADORABLE pairs and for positioning perfectly in every crafty situation!!!
THANK YOU for sharing your CREATIVE INSPIRATION!!!
