Catherine Pooler Designs is offering a free printable download in her store, no purchase necessary! 

I love the font for this image and had to turn it into a card!  

I printed the image on white cardstock and die cut it with the perfect size of Circle Die.  For the background I embossed the Sketch Plaid Background Stamp in white & then blended Limoncello ink over the top to create a sunny background.

I used the Over the Rainbow Die to create the rainbow and sunshiny clouds.  I used a mixture of Catherine Pooler sequins for a finishing touch.
