Happiest of Birthdays + New Ink + Ex Libris New Release

Hello, hello!  Welcome to another release sneak preview for the ex libris collection from Catherine Pooler Designs.  

This release has 4 new ink colors in it! They are so pretty and you'll love them!  They are in the Spa Ink Collection and are the first four in the Apothecary Inks. 

I have a post coming up on Saturday, April 2nd that will show how these new inks compare to previously released inks already in the Catherine Pooler Ink Collection. The new ink colors are Terracotta, Ginger, Wintergreen & Apricot.  

Let's take a look at some of the new products!

For this card I stamped some of the new flowers and leaves from the Dried Treasures Stamps Set.  I colored these with a lot of beautiful Catherine Pooler Inks.  I used three new inks on these flowers: Apricot, Terracotta & Wintergreen.  I also used Eucalyptus, Pixie Dust, Pink Champagne, Be Mine, Tranquil, Cove Blue, Limoncello and Sauna.  I used a blending pen to pick up the ink and color.  I then arranged the flowers, after die cutting, and tied them with some vintage twine I had picked up at a flea market years ago.  That was adhered to the card with foam tape.

I used a piece of patterned paper from the new Gardener's Notebook Patterned Paper Pack and cut a scalloped frame in it using the Scallops & Dots Dies.  I popped that layer up with foam tape.  I stamped the sentiment inside the frame, also from the Dried Treasures Stamps Set, with Cove Blue ink and then added some sequins from the new Tuscany Sequin Mix.  

The ex libris collection will be available in the Catherine Pooler Shop on Wednesday, April 6th at 9 AM EST.
