Catherine Pooler New Inks Coming Soon + Color Comparisons + Ink Side Labels

Catherine Pooler Designs is releasing another 4 colors in the Beach Retreat Ink color line!  I always get so excited about a new ink release!  Today Catherine shared the first two new colors, Serene and Sparkling Berry Inks.  

I always like to know how new ink colors compare to existing colors in the ink line and so I've compiled some swatches to show you how each new color stacks up!  Keep in mind that colors do appear differently on different screens. I also tried to capture the best images that I could but right now my lighting is creating shadows because my craft room is being renovated...so that's good for me but bad for my pictures! 

Just a note that new products are linked but will not go live in the store until Wednesday, July 14th at 9 AM EST (unless you are a StampNation member and then you get to shop early on Tuesday, July 13th at Noon EST).

Aren't those colors pretty?  Let's look at them with other previously released colors.

Sparkling Berry is a gorgeous pink color!  You're going to love it!  Here's what it looks like next to other similar colors. 

Probably the closest color to Sparkling Berry is Be Mine.  Sparkling Berry is deeper than Be Mine as you can see from the picture.  Colors shown here are Rose Petals, Be Mine, Pink Champagne, It's a Girl and Sparkling Berry.  

Next up is Serene.

Here's what it looks like with existing colors:

I thought Serene kind of had a gray undertone to it so I wanted to show it with Twilight.  You can also see the difference between Serenade, which is also in the Beach Retreat family.  And of course the lightest purple, Sweet Sixteen is also shown.  

And...in other big news, you will also be able to purchase side labels for your inks with this next release!  Yay!!
