Let's Party x 2

I made this card ensemble a while back and have only shared one of the three cards on my blog.  So why not share all three today?  (If you'd like to see the original card, you can view it here.) I love to make cards with black & white backgrounds and then adding color to pop on top!

I started by stamping the black & white background sentiments using the WooHoo Stamp Set which I LOVE and tend to reach for often! I arranged the sentiments on the Large Rectangle Acrylic Grid which is the perfect size for this technique and it makes lining up the sentiments a cinch!  I then stamped the sentiments over and over until my card front was filled.

For the main images & sentiments I used the Cuppa Tea stamp set in Party Dress, Orange Twist & All the Jazz inks.  I used Over Coffee ink for the coffee portion & then I went over it with a glitter pen for a little sparkle. I popped the tea cups & colored sentiments up with dimensional tape.

This is exactly the same premise as the card before only this time I used the cupcakes from the I Eat Cake Stamp Set & then die cut them with the coordinating I Eat Cake Dies.  The colors I used are Flirty Fuchsia, Party Dress, Over Coffee & Sauna.

I also popped the cupcakes & sentiment up with dimensional tape.
