Today I have three cards to share.
The first card uses two of my favorite products from this release! I again pulled out the Rustic Christmas stamp set & the Rustic Christmas die set to make the trees and that adorable bear that I colored with copics. I added the little stocking hat from the set and put a tiny pom pom on top. The stars are also included in the set. I die cut the beautiful Believe from the Brush Script Christmas Word Die Set. I put all of that on top of a Pinking Edge Sentiment Flag die that was cut from vellum.
I love non-traditional Christmas colors and that is what inspired this card. I started by die cutting the Baubled Christmas Wreath in several colors of cardstock, including the white to serve as my frame. I inserted the various colors into the holes and added some sequins along the way. The Merry Christmas Border Die is also new and an easy way to add a sentiment. For my mat I used a Silly Stitched Die to add some pattern around the sides.
For my last card I decided on a shaker card. I used the smallest Stitched Christmas Trees Die to cut out the shape in the card front. I then used that as a template to stamp & emboss the coordinating tree image from the Filled Christmas Tree Stamp Set. The cool thing about this stamp set is that you can use the large Christmas tree images to stamp both sizes of Christmas trees, large and small! Just ink up only the top part if you'd like a shorter tree or the whole stamp for a large tree! It also includes two sizes of tree trunks as well! That beautiful sentiment is another new die called Merry Christmas Word die.
Here is a shot where you can see the embossed image inside of the tree better. It was hard to capture in the photo. It has so much beautiful detail!

ReplyDeleteJen, I love the first card, the bear card. It looks so different with the vellum panel to the left instead of the usual center.
