Lil' Inker Designs September Release: Day 1 & a Special

Hello!  It's time for a new Lil' Inker Designs release! The new products are already available in the  Lil' Inker Designs store!  If you are following along in the blog hop you should have come from Heather Hoffman's blog! There are three $15 gift certificates to the LID store up for grabs, so the more blogs you comment on, the better your chances are of winning!  Today, I have 2 cards to share.

I mentioned a special in my title and the details of that are at the end of this post!

Jen Carter Reap a Harvest wm

Up first is my favorite for this release!  The fall stamp set on this card is called Reap a Harvest and of course there are coordinating Reap a Harvest Dies too.  It's gorgeously drawn!  I love that there are line drawn and solid stamps with this set.  It can be used so many ways.

And that sentiment...LOVE!  Also from Reap a Harvest stamp set (which only makes sense, LOL!).

Jen Carter Super Kids Tombstone wm

For my 2nd card I did something a little untraditional.  That navy & aqua paper is from a new paper pack called Super Kids Paper.  I cut my square mats with the Stitched Mats: Dual Stitched Squares Dies.  I cut the opening (more on that later) with a new die called Tombstone Peek-a-boo Die (yeah, I really did say Tombstone!).

I also used some previously released products to decorate the front from the Cut it Out Clouds & Accessories die set (clouds & lightening).  The "open" is from a stamp in the Boo & Faces Stamp Set.

The Tombstone Peek-a-boo Die is fun & unique in that it scores on one side which works like a hinge so that it can be opened up.  So fun!  I felt like the shape of the die made the perfect door for...

...a little super kid!  This Super Kid stamp set is so adorable, and it also has coordinating Super Kid Dies.  I colored him with copics.  I put a Seasonal Star die behind him die cut from the Tribal Chic Paper Pad.  The "My Hero" sentiment is also from the  Super Kid stamp set.
