Welcome to the next Cupcake Inspirations Challenge #366! This week it is a beautiful summery color scheme!
And here's my card.
Using the colors for the challenge, I also let the cupcake decorations inspire me but instead of using a flamingo I used this adorable Stork Stuff die! The white card mat was cut using one of my favorite cover plate dies called Dotted Scallops. That amazing sentiment is from Latina Crafter called You. I love that oversized You! I embossed it on a vellum piece that had been die cut using one of the Stitched Mats: Side Stitched Rectangles dies.
All of the details on this challenge can be found on the Cupcake Inspirations blog! I hope you'll join us for this week's color challenge! Have a great day!
This is fabulous, Jen! That little printed stork is just too adorable! I went with using a stork too. Great minds think alike. ;0)
ReplyDeleteYour stork is so pretty; love that it's the star of the oh-so-eye-catching stage you've created! The multi-patterned wing really catches my attention!

ReplyDeleteI don't know why exactly, but this card just makes me smile. I don't know if it is the amazing scallops die, or your super cute stork, but I am just smiling at the card. Amazing.
ReplyDeleteOh this is simply darling! LOVE the Dotted Scallops die...adds such a touch of elegance and texture! As for the flamingo, love the papers she is sporting!
