To the Grad!

Graduation day is almost upon us here in our small town of Inman.  I will be cranking out the graduation cards this week as we have almost a dozen graduations to celebrate.  Yikes!  I have one card completed so far...yea me! LOL!

To make this shaker card I first used the Frantic Stamper USA Map die to create my shaker area.  I cut the map out of fun foam as well and used two of those stacked behind the card panel to create the shaker area of the card.  I added some sequins from my stash to the open area.  I felt like the map was appropriate for graduation because they have so many new opportunities and adventures ahead of them!  

I added the graduation hat from the Graduation Ensemble die set to the top of the map.  The banner is such a cool shape and is cut with the new Wavy Banners dies.  The congratulations is embossed in white and is stamped from the coordinating Wavy Banners & Greetings CLEAR stamp set!!

I added a few strips of color at the bottom of the card to finish it off.
