I Heart You

Valentine's Day is right around the corner!  It is hard to believe that we are in the 2nd month of the new year already!  I've been playing with the Lil' Inker Designs "Of the Heart" dies and stamps and wanted to share one of those cards with you today.

I cut out a bunch of the hearts from patterned paper in my stash.  I just adore the perforated detail around the edges of the hearts!! This detail truly makes these heart dies stand out among the rest (well, that and the added bonus of the fun little arrow in the set too!!).

I used the "I" and "U" from the sentiment set included with the dies.  See that pretty color of twine tied around the card?  That is one of The Twinery's newest colors called Cantaloupe!  Love, love, love this new color LOTS!!  It is great being able to use a non-traditional "valentines" color on a valentiney-card!

Did you also notice that I stacked two of the hearts on top of each other to create the "I love U" sentiment?  They look so cute together!

Well, thanks for stopping by today!  Time to get going on my "to do" list!
