I used my circle nesties to die cut the circles and then stamped Dot Spot images on the card base. I popped the top die cut piece up with dimensionals. I had to add some Pink Sorbert twine by The Twinery as an accent!

GORGEOUS card!!! Those circle windows with the colorful dots stamped inside are AWESOME!! And the linen impression plate adds the perfect finishing touch too!!!!
