Papertrey Ink is celebrating their 3rd anniversary with a little party! Today, each of the stamp designers had a birthday themed digital image on their blogs and to be entered into the prize giveaway, you were asked to make a card (or nine) out of one of the digital images. I chose to make one card and this is the card that came about. This image is by Melissa Bickford and it is the first time I've ever used a digital stamp.
Supplies
Stamps: Digital Birthday Image (Melissa Bickford), PTI Star Prints & Polka Dot Basics
Ink: Champagne VersaMark
Paper: PTI Pure Poppy, Lemon Tart, Kraft & Ripe Avacado
Other: Black Scrapper's Floss, Pop Dots, Colored Pencils, OMS
Jen, I love what you did with this image!! I haven't use a digi image yet either. Maybe I'll have time tonight!
ReplyDeleteVery cute, Jen! Love the dottie border (of course), and the colors! I was thinking of trying out Becky's cute digi... hopefully I have time!
ReplyDeleteThis is SO cute!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea! I never would have thought to use the sentiment in the center of a star. Love it!
ReplyDeleteVery nicely done! I absolutely love that you've got the sentiment on the star (so that it matches the candle of course!). Great job using that image and good luck with the contest!
ReplyDeleteWow! This turned out great! Love the colors!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great card! I printed off some images the day of this challenge, but never got around to making anything. I may have to case this - I love it!
