Celebrate Today!

Hey! I am back with another quick card for the PTI Anniversary celebration!  Today the challenge was to create a card using one of the given color combos.  On my way to pick my daughter up from preschool, I had an idea for a card and as soon as I got home I quickly picked a color combo and put it together.  Love when that happens...which isn't very often!

I used my circle nesties to die cut the circles and then stamped Dot Spot images on the card base.  I popped the top die cut piece up with dimensionals.  I had to add some Pink Sorbert twine by The Twinery as an accent!

You can see the "window" look a little bit better from this view.

Here is the color palette I was working from.

Thanks for visiting!  I appreciate it! Have a great day!

Supplies (all PTI unless noted)
Stamps: Dot Spot, Think Big Favorites
Paper: White
Ink: Dark Chocolate, Raspberry Fizz, Berry Sorbet, Amuse Fern
Other: Twinery Twine, Circle Nestabilities, Corner Rounder, Pop Dots, Linen Impression Plate

Wow--this is so pretty. I've been using dot spot a lot lately, and am pinning this layout. Super cute to use the negative space for your stamped image. I love this color scheme, too. It's the one I chose for today.

How fab! Loving the alternate corner cuting. Very Mod. The colors are fantastic as combined within the bubbly apertures. Very effective and totally inspiring!

OH Jen, this is awesome! I love the effect the dot spot is behind the cutouts! It softens the look of the dots so much and is just delightful! (I have no idea why I used that word except that I'm tired) hehe
