Curtain Call Challenge Act 48

Hello everyone!! How are you all doing today?  Is it any cooler today where you live?  I am so ready for Fall weather, i.e. COOLER weather (but not COLD weather...there IS a difference, LOL!) to come and stay for a while!  In light of that, I wanted to make a card with a little more of a fallish tone to it.  It might have ended up more Springy than Fallish but I'd take Spring weather too!  :)

One of my most favorite sets that Papertrey Ink released this month is a "Wreath for all Seasons".  This one has so many fun possibilities!  I knew that this had to be the first set from my order that I played with!

I kind of envisioned this as a wreath hanging on a door.  I took the colors from this week's Curtain Call Color Challenge.  They were such a great group of colors and I loved having them for inspiration!  I work so much better that way sometimes!

I colored some clear rhinestones with a purple copic and added them randomly around my wreath.  I love the extra little pop that they give to the card.

Thanks so much for stopping by!! I hope you enjoyed the card!

Supplies (all PTI unless noted)
Stamps: Wreath for all Seasons
Paper: Ivory, Melon Berry
Ink: Simply Chartreuse, Plum Pudding, Pure Poppy
Other: Ribbon, Rhinestones, Copic, Woodgrain Impression Plate, Mat Stack Die, Pop Dots

So pretty, Jen! Such a neat idea to use the Mat Stack negative space as a door for the wreath. And I must agree with you - I love, love, love that wreath stamp.

This is so beautiful! I am so jealous! My set hasn't come yet! I sent my son to check the mail today and I accused him of missing the little key from our box to get my package!! LOL! Maybe tomorrow! Love what you did with it! Thanks for the inspiration!

Love how you used the negative of the die cut - really clever! I'm loving that wreath set too - still waiting for mine to wing its way over the Atlantic!

This is lovely, Jen! I absolutely love how you cut out the Mat Stack and used it as an opening. The wreath fits perfectly within the arch. Love the bling!
